COLA Label Prep
Turns a producer’s label files into the JPGs that the federal label approval system accepts.
Concept
Wine importers and producers apply for label approvals, called COLAs, from the TTB, the federal agency that regulates alcohol labels. Its online system accepts labels only as JPGs under 750 KB.
You drop in the producer’s files as PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, JPG or PNG. Claude finds each label panel, the browser snaps every crop to the die line or crop marks, and you download the JPGs. It also returns a TTB checklist and the fields for the application form.
